中职学校是技能应用型人才输出的主要窗口,为了满足社会对人才的技能与素质需求,近年来学校一方面不断加强学生技能的培养,另一方面对学生在职业素养方面的教育也在逐步深化,而礼仪教育正是提升中职学生德育修养的有效途径和重要载体。本文笔者对目前中职礼仪教育的现状进行了相关调查,结合笔者多年来从事该课程实践教学的经验,总结出了中职学校在礼仪教育上存在的问题,并对问题的成因进行了分析,同时提出了提升中职礼仪教育的举措与对策。 Secondary vocational schools are the main windows of the output of skilled talents.
