为适应气固并流下行式催化裂化催化剂与油气快速高效分离的需要 ,利用两相流中气固两相惯性力的差别及颗粒运动的附壁效应 ,开发了一种带有切割板的新型气固分离装置 ,实现气固两相的快速分离 ,小型冷模试验结果表明 :该气固快速分离装置的分离效率在 97%以上 ,在气速为 4m/s时 ,固相停留时间为 0 .2s。
In order to meet the need of fast and efficient separation of gas-solid co-current descending catalytic cracking catalyst and oil gas, a new type of cutting plate with cutting board is developed by using the difference of inertial force of gas-solid two- Gas-solid separation device to achieve the rapid separation of gas and solid phases. The results of the small-scale cold model test show that the separation efficiency of the gas-solid separation device is above 97% and the solid phase residence time is 0 at the gas velocity of 4 m / s .2s.
