目的 :建立反相高效液相色谱法测定黄花倒水莲中两种口山酮的含量。方法 :采用 Dikma DiamonsilC1 8柱 ,甲醇 -水 ( 6 5∶ 35 )为流动相 ,流速 0 .9ml/min,996二极管阵列检测器 ( DAD) ,检测波长为 2 4 5 nm,对黄花倒水莲中两种口山酮含量进行测定。结果 :口山酮 1 ,2 ,3-三甲氧基口山酮和 1 -甲氧基 -2 ,3-亚甲二氧基口山酮的重复性试验 RSD分别为 0 .96 %和 2 .6 % ;平均回收率分别为 99.4 0 %和 1 0 0 .8%。结论 :该方法操作简便 ,易行 ,线性关系良好
Objective : To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of two kinds of shankone in Huanghuahualianlian. METHODS: Dikma Diamonsil C18 column, methanol-water (6 5:35) as the mobile phase, flow rate of 0.9 ml/min, 996 diode array detector (DAD), detection wavelength of 2 4 5 nm, and water drop The two kinds of shankone content were measured. RESULTS: The RSD of oral resuscitation test for 1,2,3-trimethoxybutanone and 1-methoxy-2,3-methylenedioxytrione was respectively 1.96 % and 2.5%. The average recovery rate was 69.4 % and 100.8% respectively. Conclusion : This method is simple, easy to operate and has good linearity
