To evaluate the cause of angina in adults 4886 cases of cardiovascular angiography. In 8 cases (0.11%), coronary fistula was found. All patients had no typical coronary fistula noise. The authors used standard techniques to perform coronary angiography. Multi-body observation, 5 cases of right heart examination, including blood oxygenation. All 8 patients were male, aged 35-69 years (average 53.3 years) with clinical manifestations of coronary heart disease, normal resting electrocardiogram, 5 motor tests, echocardiography and color Doppler echocardiography
