目的观察参附注射液对健择联合顺铂方案(GP)治疗非小细胞肺癌的减毒作用。方法34例拟行GP方案化疗的非小细胞肺癌患者,分为参附先期治疗组(18例)和参附后期治疗组(16例)。参附先期治疗组:于第1疗程化疗前3 d开始用参附注射液静脉滴注,化疗实施GP方案;第2疗程仅用GP方案作自身对照。参附后期治疗组:第1疗程仅实施GP化疗;第2疗程化疗前3 d开始用参附注射液,后实施GP方案。通过随机自身前后交叉对照,观察参附注射液对GP方案毒性的影响。结果总体参附+GP方案的血液毒性和消化道毒性均较GP方案低(P<0.01),其中参附先期治疗组参附+GP方案的血液毒性较GP方案低(P<0.01),而参附后期治疗组两方案无显著差异。参附注射液对气虚痰湿型和气阴两虚型患者显示较好的减毒作用(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论参附注射液能减轻GP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌时的血液毒性和消化道毒性,对气虚痰湿型和气阴两虚型患者的减毒作用较明显;早期联合应用参附注射液,减毒作用更好。
Objective To observe the attenuated effects of Shenfu injection on non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treated with gemcitabine combined with cisplatin (GP). Methods Thirty - four patients with non - small cell lung cancer who underwent chemotherapy with GP regimen were divided into the treatment group (18 cases) and the treatment group (16 cases). Participation of advanced treatment group: in the first course of chemotherapy 3 days before the start of intravenous infusion of Shen Fu injection chemotherapy for the implementation of GP regimen; the second course of treatment only GP regimen as its own control. Participation in the latter part of the treatment group: the first course of treatment only the implementation of GP chemotherapy; the first two courses of chemotherapy started 3 d with Shen Fu injection, after the implementation of GP program. By random cross-control before and after their own to observe the effects of Shenfu injection on the GP program toxicity. Results The results showed that the overall GP + GP regimen was lower than GP regimen (P <0.01), and the GP + GP regimen was lower (P <0.01) than the GP regimen Participation in the latter part of the treatment group no significant difference between the two programs. Shenfu injection had a better attenuating effect on patients with qi deficiency phlegm-dampness and qi-yin deficiency (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion Shenfu injection can reduce the hematotoxicity and gastrointestinal toxicity of GP regimen in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer, and has an obvious attenuating effect on the patients with Qi Deficiency, Phlegm-dampness and Qi-Yin Deficiency type. The combination of Shenfu Injection with Toxic effect better.
