我厂在潜水电泵行业中属于发展中的小厂,全厂有职工四百多人。潜水电泵64年开始生产,80年前产品不够理想,职工批评领导办企业是老调子、老路子,老样子。近二年来,我们针对企业“底子薄、基础差、质量低、管理乱”的现状,从狠抓企业整顿入手,厂貌开始有了明显改观,产量,利率、劳动生产率同步翻番。产品质量有了较大的提高。
Our factory is a small factory under development in the submersible pump industry. There are more than 400 employees in the whole plant. The submersible pumps started production in 64 years. The products were not ideal enough 80 years ago. The employees criticized and led the company to be old and old. In the past two years, we have started to pay close attention to the current situation of enterprises with “a thin foundation, poor foundation, low quality, and chaotic management”. The appearance of the factory has been significantly improved, and production, interest rates, and labor productivity have doubled. Product quality has been greatly improved.
