近年来,随着石油储量的逐渐递减,石油开采难度加大。节能降耗工作已经是现今工作的重中之重。如何更好的降低石油生产环节中所消耗的成本是目前需要思考的问题。本文就深度污水站的能耗指标进行深度研究。发现,污水单耗处于长期超标的情况。在不可调水解决注水量且变频器处于长期维修状态的前提下,找出影响指标的因素及降低能耗的方法。采用间歇启停泵的方法控制电量消耗的同时,与变频器状态下的污水单耗指标进行对比,达到降低污水单耗并延长泵的使用寿命,为各站同种类的节能降耗工作起到一定借鉴作用。
