本文报道了对海拔2,260米地区正常分娩、且无合并症的足月新生儿一天191例,三天175例,五天141例,共512例各项血常规数值的测定。本文资料除白细胞呈非正态分布外,其他各项呈正态分布,即符合一般血液资料分布类型。故将资料按正态分布计算了算术均值和正常值范围,另按非正态分布计算了中位数及2.5～97.5％。具体数值似有低于内地趋势。一、三、五天的各均数及标准差分别如下:血红蛋白(克％)17.99±2.63,17.37±2.44,17.35±2.54;红细胞(万/mm~3)566.27,
This article reports on the normal delivery of 2,260 meters above sea level in normal pregnancy, 191 cases of full-term newborns without complications, 175 cases for three days, 141 cases for five days, a total of 512 cases of blood routine values ?? measured. In addition to the information in this paper were non-normal distribution of leucocytes, the other was normal distribution, that is in line with the general type of blood distribution data. Therefore, the data were calculated according to normal distribution of the arithmetic mean and normal range, the other by non-normal distribution of the median and 2.5 ~ 97.5%.
