当前,建筑市场招投标工程,可以说大多是薄利项目,再加上物价上涨带来的人工费、材料费水涨船高,以及施工企业间过度竞争,使原本就微利的利润空间更是雪上加霜,工程承包施工可谓如履薄冰,稍有不慎就可能导致亏损。严酷的现实逼迫我们反思传统的施工管理模式,转变观念,创新管理方式,变粗放管理为精细化管理。笔者结合两个工程施工管理实践,谈谈精细化管理的体会。
At present, the bidding and tendering projects in the construction market can be said to be mostly small and profit-making projects. In addition, labor costs and material costs brought by price increases and over-competition among construction companies make the profit margins that were originally meager profits even worse. Construction can be described as thin ice, a slight mistake may result in loss. Harsh reality forced us to reflect on the traditional construction management model, changing concepts, innovative management methods, extensive management of fine management. The author combines the two construction management practices, talk about the experience of fine management.
