由水电部水管司召开的《土坝坝体灌浆技术规范》第三次审稿会于1986年10月7～11日在山东召开。参加会议的有水电部水管司、基建司、水利电力部规划设计院、河海大学、黄委会和全国有关省市自治区的专家教授,共24人。 会上专家们畅所欲言,进行了认真的讨论。在《规范》一、二稿的基础上,吸收了近几年迅速发展的土坝坝体(堤)灌浆实践经验和新的研究成果,提出了《土坝坝体灌浆技术规范》修改稿作为向水电部的报批稿。
The third review meeting of “Technical Specifications for Grouting of Earth Dam Dams” held by the Plumbing Division of the Ministry of Electricity and Water Conservation was held in Shandong from October 7 to October 11, 1986. A total of 24 participants attended the meeting, including the Plumbing Division of the Ministry of Water Resources, the Infrastructure Department, the Planning and Design Institute of the Ministry of Water Conservancy and Electric Power, the Hohai University, the Yellow River Committee and other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities across the country. At the meeting, experts spoke freely and discussed seriously. On the basis of the first and second draft of the “Standard”, it absorbed the rapid development of earth dam body (dike) grouting practice experience and new research results in recent years, and put forward a revised draft of “Technical Specifications for Grouting of Earth Dam Body” Draft approval for the Ministry of Electricity and Water.
