教师素质的重要性不言而喻,在农村也是如此。然而,农村学校特别是农村小学教师素质的现状仍然不容乐观。本人从教20多年,一直在乡村小学任教,见证了农村小学20年来教育发展过程,明白影响教育教学质量提高的根本原因是教师的素质。当前,农村小学教师整体素质不高,表现在:部分教师责任心不强,进课堂应付了事;将近半数教师知识结构不合理,没有进行系统专业培训;少部分年轻教师有激情无经验,老教师知识老化。
The importance of teacher quality goes without saying that it is also true in rural areas. However, the status quo of the quality of teachers in rural schools, especially rural primary schools, is still not optimistic. I taught more than 20 years, has been teaching in rural primary schools, witnessed the 20 years of rural primary education development process, understand the fundamental reason for the improvement of education and teaching quality is the quality of teachers. At present, the overall quality of primary school teachers in rural areas is not high, manifested in the following: some teachers are not very responsible and have to deal with the problems in the classroom; nearly half of them have no reasonable knowledge structure and no systematic professional training; and a small number of young teachers have passionate and inexperienced Teacher knowledge aging.
