人的经济活动不仅受预算、空间、人力、信息的约束,而且受时间的约束。从某种意义上讲,时间是经济活动的基本元素。当今时代,时间消费已成为一个普遍关注的焦点问题,时间资源的重要性倍受关注,提高时间利用率、挖掘时间潜力成为经济活动的主旋律。树立时间的节约意识是促进经济社会又好又快发展的基本要求,以马克思的时间节约理论指导人们的行为,是我们在新的历史条件下进一步发展马克思主义的一个重要的历史使命。 Human economic activities are not only constrained by time, budget, space, manpower and information. In a sense, time is the basic element of economic activity. In the modern era, time consumption has become a focus of widespread concern. The importance of time resources has drawn much attention. It has become the main theme of economic activities to increase the utilization rate of time and tap the potential of time. Establishing a time-saving consciousness is the basic requirement for promoting sound and rapid economic and social development. Guiding people’s behavior with Marx’s time-saving theory is an important historical mission for us to further develop Marxism under the new historical conditions.
