目的 探讨E -钙黏素及环氧化酶 -2在结直肠癌发生、发展中的意义。方法 应用免疫组化技术 (S -P法 )检测3 4例结直肠癌组织中E -钙黏素及环氧化酶 -2的表达。结果 E -钙黏素在结直肠癌中的表达强弱与癌组织的细胞分化程度、淋巴结转移和Dukes分期相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而与发病年龄、性别及肿块部位无明显相关。 3 1例癌组织和 19例转移淋巴结中环氧化酶 -2表达明显升高 ,但与肿瘤的分化、分期、部位和患者的性别及年龄无明显关系。此外 ,E -钙黏素和环氧化酶 -2在癌组织中的表达与在正常肠黏膜中的表达相比较均有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 E -钙黏素和环氧化酶 -2的异常表达可能是结直肠癌发生、发展过程中的 1个重要环节 ,并起着重要的作用
Objective To investigate the significance of E-cadherin and cyclooxygenase-2 in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry (S-P method) was used to detect the expression of E-cadherin and cyclooxygenase-2 in 34 cases of colorectal cancer. Results The expression of E-cadherin in colorectal cancer was correlated with the degree of cell differentiation, lymph node metastasis, and Dukes stage (P < 0.05), but it was not significantly related to the age, gender, and location of the tumor. . The expression of cyclooxygenase-2 was significantly increased in 31 cases of cancer tissues and 19 metastatic lymph nodes, but it was not significantly related to tumor differentiation, stage, location, and patient gender and age. In addition, the expression of E-cadherin and cyclooxygenase-2 in cancer tissues was significantly different from that in normal intestinal mucosa (P < 0.01). Conclusion The abnormal expression of E-cadherin and cyclooxygenase-2 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer and play an important role.
