对40例急性白血病(AN)患者进行甲襞微循环观察,按田牛提出的加权积分法进行综合定量分析。AL患者甲襞微循环各类积分值均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.001)。化疗后总积分值显著升高(P<0.001),缓解期显著下降(P<0.05)。总积分值与血红蛋白浓度、血小板计数均呈显著负相关(γ分别为-0.317和-0.241,P分别<0.01和0.05)。甲襞微循环观察分析有助于深入研究AL患者病情变化和监测微血管对化疗药物毒性的反应。
Forty patients with acute leukemia (AN) patients were treated with microcirculation of Qiaoru, according to the bull by the weighted integral method for comprehensive quantitative analysis. The scores of various types of microcirculation in the patients with AL were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P <0.001). After chemotherapy, the total score was significantly increased (P <0.001), and the remission period was significantly decreased (P <0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between total score and hemoglobin concentration and platelet count (γ = -0.317 and -0.241, P <0.01 and 0.05, respectively). The observation and analysis of formazan microcirculation is helpful to further study the changes of AL patients and to monitor the response of microvessels to the toxicity of chemotherapy drugs.
