本文通过有限元计算及试验两种方法对比分析了铝锂合金蒙皮和挤压铝锂合金长桁组成的机身壁板与铝锂合金蒙皮和钣弯7000系列高强度铝合金长桁所组成的壁板的抗压能力。通过分析验证得到了两种机身壁板的抗拉承载能力,并比较出了两种壁板的抗压承载能力强弱。分析结果表明,铝锂合金蒙皮和挤压铝锂合金长桁组成的机身壁板抗压承载能力高于等截面的铝锂合金蒙皮和钣弯7000系列高强度铝合金长桁所组成的壁板。
