空间铰链杆展开机构所用材料及加固方式不同时,其固有频率是不同的。利用有限元软件ANSYS,对其进行模态分析。结果表明:所用材料的密度对空间铰链杆展开机构固有频率影响较大;加固方式不同,固有频率差别也大。研究材料密度及加固方式对空间铰链杆展开机构固有频率的影响规律,对空间铰链杆展开机构动力学分析及结构进一步优化具有一定的指导作用。
Space hinge rod unwinding mechanism used in different materials and methods of reinforcement, its natural frequency is different. Using finite element software ANSYS, its modal analysis. The results show that the density of the material has a great influence on the natural frequency of the unfolding mechanism of the space hinge bar. The reinforcement methods are different, and the differences of the natural frequencies are also large. Studying the effect of material density and mode of reinforcement on the natural frequency of the space hinge rod deployment mechanism has some guidance on the dynamics analysis and structure optimization of the space hinge rod deployment mechanism.
