在丙酸睾酮致大鼠前列腺增生模型中,香水莲花醇提物可降低前列腺指数,改善前列腺上皮细胞的增生情况,降低前列腺5α-还原酶活性和前列腺酸性磷酸酶活性。同时评价了蓝色香水莲花醇提物对体内抗氧化水平的影响,香水莲花醇提物能显著增加体内CAT酶的活性,降低体内MDA的含量,增加体内GSH-Px酶的活性。试验结果表明,香水莲花醇提物具有较好的抗氧化能力和5α-还原酶抑制活性,并且对前列腺增生具有良好的改善作用。
In the rat model of prostatic hyperplasia induced by testosterone propionate, the alcohol extract of Perianth lotus can reduce the prostate index, improve the proliferation of prostate epithelial cells, reduce the activity of prostatic 5α-reductase and prostatic acid phosphatase activity. At the same time, the effects of blue lotus alcoholic extract on antioxidation in vivo were evaluated. Alcohol extract of lotus rosea significantly increased the activity of CAT in vivo, reduced the content of MDA and increased the activity of GSH-Px in vivo. The experimental results show that the ethanol extract of lotus has good antioxidant activity and 5α-reductase inhibitory activity, and has a good improvement of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
