根据生理指标来规定体力负荷的强度越来越受重视,传统的方法是测定阈负荷量时的耗氧量.作者报导了一种无需进行负荷试验计算高血压病患者体力负荷强度的方法,对96例高血压病患者应用标准方法进行踏车试验,收集和评价所得资料。负荷量从25W 开始,逐次增加25W,每次4分钟,间隔4分钟,负荷强度增加到出现必须停止试验的表现或者心率已达到其年龄与性别允许值的75%为止。结果表明,高血压病患者负荷阈强度随疾病严重程度呈规律性降低,第Ⅰ、Ⅱ期的患者分别降低到相应年龄正常阈强度的66.7%和61%,其原因2/3是由于动脉压不能充分升高、稳定型高血压病患者中只有19%的负荷试验是达到了其同年龄同性别正常人允许心律的75%才停止的。
