包头冶金研究所用P507萃淋树脂制取了高纯氧化铕。该法用90%粗Eu_2O_3为原料,通过一次淋洗分离制取了≥99.95%~99.99%Eu_2O_3,收率为86.4%,≤99.95%~99.9%Eu_2O_3收率为5.6%。这是应用萃淋树脂在稀土分离工艺上的新进展,是目前制取高纯稀土元素较好的分离方法之一。该工艺采用廉价的盐酸淋洗稀土比较EDTA为淋洗剂的离子交换法和锌粉还原—碱度法制取高纯
