周曰礼,曾担任中共安徽省委政策研究室主任、省农村经济委员会主任。现已年逾花甲,退居二线,是安徽省人民政府的咨询委员。长期在农村进行调查研究工作的经历,使他与农村、农业、农民结下了不解之缘。在那极“左”的年代里,他为农民挣脱极“左”绳索的捆梆,做了不少他认为应该做的事。在粉碎“四人帮”后,“两个凡是”的阴云仍笼罩神州大地之时,他冲锋陷阵,为推进农村改革而斗争。 Zhou Li ceremony, served as director of the Policy Research Office of the CPC Anhui Provincial Committee, director of the Provincial Rural Economic Commission.
