晚期癌症病人多伴有疼痛,一般麻醉性止痛剂常常成瘾,且随长时间应用而减效。1977年河北省水产研究所用虫纹东方豚(fugu vermicularis)制成除毒河豚肝油[fugu liver oil without tetrodo toxin(TTx)]。动物实验表明,该制剂镇痛持续时间优于度冷丁,对小鼠免疫功能有增强作用,该制剂含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,经测定该制剂所含TTX极微(约0.003ug/ml),对动物和人体无害。我所自1980～1984年,对90例晚期癌痛病人应用了除毒河豚肝油(以下简称除毒肝油)制剂,观察其镇痛效果和毒副作用。现报告如下。
Patients with advanced cancer are often accompanied by pain, and narcotic analgesics are often addictive and degrade with prolonged use. In 1977, the Hebei Provincial Institute of Fisheries used the pufferfish oriental fuguicularis (fugu liver oil without tetrodo toxin (TTx)). Animal experiments showed that the analgesic duration of the preparation was better than meperidine, which had an enhanced effect on the immune function of mice. The preparation contained abundant unsaturated fatty acids. The TTX contained in the preparation was very small (about 0.003 ug/ml). It is harmless to animals and humans. From 1980 to 1984, we have applied detoxification puffer fish oil (hereinafter referred to as poison liver oil) to 90 patients with advanced cancer pain to observe its analgesic effect and side effects. The report is as follows.
