重庆地区地貌以丘陵、山地为主,坡地面积较大,有“山城”之称,地质情况复杂,地下水位不确定,主要为各类岩石,长年来一直采用人工挖孔桩和冲击成孔灌注桩的施工方法进行施工,靠人工挖土的方式成孔,安全风险大,冲击成孔灌注桩效率低。近两年才引进旋挖钻桩基,旋挖桩高效、环保、安全的优势得到公认。本文以我们在重庆市长寿化工园区的一个工程实例,介绍旋挖钻孔灌注桩施工在重庆地区的应用。
The landform in Chongqing is dominated by hilly and mountainous areas, with large slope area and “mountain town”. The geological conditions are complex and the groundwater level is not certain. It is mainly composed of various types of rocks. For many years, artificial digging piles and shocks have been used Pouring pile construction method for construction, relying on artificial excavation way into the hole, security risk, impact perforated cast-in-place pile efficiency is low. In the past two years, it has not yet been introduced into the rotary drilling pile foundation, and the advantages of high efficiency, environmental protection and safety of rotating pile are recognized. Based on an example of our project in Changshou Chemical Industry Park in Chongqing, this paper introduces the application of rotary drilling and bored pile construction in Chongqing area.
