目的 探讨在招飞体检中利用纯音测听来筛选噪声性耳聋易感者的可行性。方法 用Madsen MSA84-Ⅰ型听力计的气导部分,按空军招收飞行学员听力计检测方法操作。结果 882名均符合空军招收飞行学员体检听力标准。其中双耳“V”型曲线者44名,占4.99%,单耳“V”型曲线者103名,占11.68%。两者共191耳。凹陷点在4 kHz 49耳,占25.65%;6 kHz 142耳,占74.35%。“V”型凹陷点在35 dB者36耳,40 dB者49耳,45 dB者32耳,50 dB者29耳,55 dB者11耳,60 dB者22耳,65 dB者9耳,70 dB者3耳。结论 利用纯音测听筛选出噪声性耳聋易感者是可行的。淘汰标准建议定为:双耳“V”型曲线者,有一侧凹陷点等于或大于45 dB者;有一耳在“V”型曲线凹陷点前一个频率又出现等于或大于35 dB者。
Objective To explore the feasibility of using pure tone audiometry to screen the susceptible patients with noise-induced deafness during the examination. Methods The air conduction part of the Madsen MSA84-Ⅰ audiometer was operated according to the air force’s recruitment pilot’s audiometer test method. The results of 882 are in line with the Air Force recruit pilots examination standard. Among them, 44 were ears with “V” curves, accounting for 4.99%. 103 were single-ear “V” curves, accounting for 11.68%. Both have a total of 191 ears. Depression point at 4 kHz 49 ears, accounting for 25.65%; 6 kHz 142 ears, accounting for 74.35%. V-shaped recess at 35 dB, 36 ears, 40 dB, 49 ears, 45 dB, 32 ears, 50 dB, 29 ears, 55 dB, 11 ears, 60 dB, 22 ears, 65 dB, 9 ears, 70 dB 3 ears. Conclusion It is feasible to use pure tone audiometry to screen susceptible persons with noise deafness. Suggestions for phase-out criteria are as follows: for those with “V” curve in both ears, one with a concave point equal to or greater than 45 dB on one side; and one with equal or greater than 35 dB in one frequency before the “V” curve concave depression.
