抗生素类药物的水分测定根据各类抗生素的特性,各国药典分别采用了费休氏水分测定法和干燥失重法,费体氏法采用目视法观察试剂颜色变化判断终点,因此带色溶液和在滴定近终点出现絮状物的样品对终点判断均有干扰,使本法应用有一定局限性。DL18自动滴定仪的使用,可解决上述问题,使费休氏水分测定法应用更为广泛。
