中医认为温热病邪,灼伤津血,津液不足,不能载血运行。血受薰灼,则易于凝结瘀塞,导致血瘀。温病是外感六淫中具有热象特点的一类疾病。本实验就用绿脓杆菌血行感染,造成血与热结的热毒血瘀证模型。现报告如下: 实验材料与方法 (一)菌种:经琼酯培养基转种14小时的绿脓杆菌菌落,生理盐水洗脱。以1%BaCl_2和1%H_2SO_4配成梯度比浊管,用721分光光度计在λ=520nm处测OD值,制作标准曲线,并经回归方程检验。再将洗脱菌落液测OD值,从标准曲线得知所含菌数,再稀释成1亿/ml绿脓杆菌菌液备用。

The OD value of the colony was measured by elution, and the number of contained bacteria was determined from the standard curve, and diluted again to 100 million/ml of the bacillus bacillus solution.
