本文对锌指蛋白(ZFP)36家族成员的结构和功能的研究进展进行了综述。研究表明,ZFP36作为转录后调节因子,参与了多种生物学功能包括炎症、代谢综合征及肿瘤的发生发展,并证明ZFP36基因可作为肥胖相关的代谢综合征的重要候选基因。 This review summarizes the structure and function of zinc finger protein (ZFP) 36 family members. Studies have shown that ZFP36 as a post-transcriptional regulator, involved in a variety of biological functions including inflammation, metabolic syndrome and tumor development, and ZFP36 gene as an important candidate for obesity-related metabolic syndrome.
