首先构建了液压挖掘机状态监测系统结构,即由单片机及其外围电路、传感器、显示输出设备、声光报警装置组成的实时监测系统。在此基础上设计了此系统需要的硬件电路和软件程序。硬件电路部分采用模块化设计思路,主要是信号输入模块,信号输出模块,单片机最小系统模块,电源电路模块。基于C语言编译器功能越来越强大,及其C语言被使用的范围越来越广泛,本软件程序采用C51语言编程,相对于汇编语言,程序代码少,易读性好。
First of all, the structure of hydraulic excavator condition monitoring system is constructed, that is, the real-time monitoring system consists of single-chip microcomputer and its peripheral circuits, sensors, display output devices and sound and light alarm devices. On this basis, we design the hardware circuit and software program needed by this system. Hardware circuit part of the modular design concept, the main signal input module, the signal output module, the smallest single-chip system module, the power circuit module. Based on C language compiler more powerful, and its C language is used in a more extensive range, the software program using C51 language programming, relative to the assembly language, less code, easy to read.
