1 典型病例 方丽华,女,78岁,因胸闷,气短2天到我门诊治疗。经临床诊断为冠心病,治疗用复方丹参注射液20ml配刺五加注射液40ml以5％葡萄糖注射液300ml静脉滴注。第一天静脉滴注顺利完毕。第二天按原治疗方案进行,静滴30分钟后患者出现轻度不适表现,家属未引起注意。40分钟后患者出现寒战、轻度腹痛立即停药,同时肌注异丙嗪注射液50mg,地塞米松注射液10mg,45分钟后患者腹痛加剧,出现呕恶,1～2分钟后患者泻下大量稀水样便,无味、腹痛减轻此时患者体温升高至39.2℃。收入急诊观察室,给予对症处理。傍晚各种症状消失,改其它药物治疗。2 讨论
