目的 :探讨柔脉胶囊对动脉粥样硬化 (AS)的防治作用。方法 :以大白兔建立实验性AS模型 ,进行柔脉胶囊抗AS作用的模拟实验 ,分别进行免动脉大体形态和超微结构的病理观察。结果 :大小剂量观察组主动脉内膜光滑 ,仅有少许散在的点状脂纹 ,内膜稍增厚 ,内皮细胞完整 ,仅有少量的泡沫细胞 ,内皮有少量增生的胶原纤维、弹力纤维及平滑肌细胞 ,细胞超微结构正常 ,尤以大剂量组作用更显著 ,有别于阳性对照组典型的AS病变。结论 :柔脉胶囊有明显抗AS的作用。
Objective: To investigate the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis (AS) by. Methods: Experimental AS model was established in rabbits to simulate the anti-AS effect of Manmai Capsule. The pathological changes of the general morphology and ultrastructure of the arteries were observed respectively. Results: The size of the aortic intima of the aortic instillation was smooth, with only a few scattered dotted fat lines, slightly thickening of the intima, complete endothelial cells, only a small amount of foam cells, a few proliferated collagen fibers in the endothelium, elastic fibers and Smooth muscle cells, normal ultrastructure of cells, especially in the role of high-dose group more significant, different from the positive control group typical AS lesions. Conclusion: Youmai Capsule has obvious anti-AS effect.
