现有水悬浮造粒溶剂回收系统通过自来水对有机溶剂蒸气进行冷凝,有机溶剂回收率较低.采用水冷和冷冻液冷却相结合并在有机溶剂接收罐出口设置二级冷凝器的工艺方式对水悬浮造粒过程产生的有机蒸气进行冷凝回收,可将溶剂回收率从60%提高至90%.采用循环冷却水吸收抽真空过程产生的热量,实现了自来水在水环式真空泵和水箱间的循环流动.工艺优化后废水处理站人口COD平均值从1 989 mg/L降至534 mg/L,经处理后排水满足污水综合排放标准.“,”In the existing solvent recovery system of water suspension granulation process,the organic solvent steam is condensed by tap water,which exhibits low recovery rate.The solvent recovery rate can be improved from 60% to 90% when tap water and freezing liquid together are used to cool down organic solvent steam and a secondary condenser is installed in the outlet of organic solvent collecting tank.The circulation flow of tap water between water-ring vacuum pump and water tank is realized through using circulated tap water to absorb heat generated in the vacuum pumping process.After process optimization,the average COD in the inlet of wastewater treatment station decreases from previous 1 989 mg · L-1 to 534 mg· L-1 and the drainage after treatment can meet the comprehensive discharge standards for wastewater.
