选用两步变温喷涂晶种法在大孔α-Al2O3管状载体上合成高性能的NaA沸石膜.首先,在448K下喷涂大晶种(2μm),对载体表面的大孔进行初步修饰;然后在此基础上在353K喷涂小晶种(0.4μm),从而形成一层薄而致密的晶种层;最后在353K水热合成NaA沸石膜.采用SEM和XRD等表征手段对制备的NaA沸石膜进行表征,并进行渗透汽化测试.测试表明:在348K下分离90%乙醇/10%水溶液,通量达到2.71kg/(m2·h),分离因数>2 000.
The high-performance NaA zeolite membrane was synthesized on the macroporous α-Al2O3 tubular support by two-step temperature-controlled spray seed method.Firstly, a large seed (2μm) was sprayed at 448K to preliminarily modify the macropore on the surface of the support. On this basis, a small seed layer (0.4μm) was sprayed at 353K to form a thin and dense seed layer, and finally NaA zeolite membrane was hydrothermally synthesized at 353K.The prepared NaA zeolite membrane was characterized by SEM and XRD Characterization and pervaporation test.The results showed that: the separation of 90% ethanol / 10% aqueous solution at 348K, the flux reached 2.71kg / (m2 · h), the separation factor> 2000.
