利用硅烷偶联剂KH560对气相法SiO2进行表面改性,对改性前后SiO2的堆积密度、表面结构与形貌进行了分析。而后采用熔融共混法将SiO2添加到回收PVB膜片中,比较SiO2改性前后复合材料的力学性能、微观形貌及动态流变行为。结果表明:改性后SiO2表面接枝上KH560,其堆积密度明显增加;改性SiO2与PVB之间存在明显的相互作用,可显著降低回收PVB膜片加工黏附性;SiO2改性前后复合材料拉伸性能与回收PVB膜片相比均稍有降低,而撕裂强度有所增加。
The silane coupling agent KH560 was used to modify the surface of SiO2 by gas-phase method. The bulk density, surface structure and morphology of SiO2 before and after modification were analyzed. Then, SiO2 was added to the recovered PVB membrane by melt blending method. The mechanical properties, microstructure and dynamic rheological behavior of the composites before and after SiO2 modification were compared. The results showed that the bulk density of KH560 grafted on the surface of SiO2 was significantly increased after the modification. There was a significant interaction between modified SiO2 and PVB, which could significantly reduce the processing adhesion of PVB film. Tensile properties and recovery of PVB film are slightly lower, while the tear strength increased.
