目的评估尿促黄体生成素LH酶联免疫法预测排卵的临床价值。方法对33例月经周期正常的育龄妇女,应用尿(LH)酶联免疫法进行排卵监测,结合阴道超声、血清LH和孕酮水平、宫预粘液评分等综合评价。结果33个月经周期均有排卵,发生在周期14.38±1.60天,平均最大卵泡直径18.96±2.17mm(16.3~24.0mm);尿LH显色阳性距排卵时间为23.6±4.3h,尿LH阳性24h和48h内发生排卵的阳性预测值分别为78.8%和97%。结论尿LH酶联免疫法是一种既准确又经济预测排卵的有效方法,可在阳性48h内实施不孕症的治疗。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of urinary luteinizing hormone (LH) enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in predicting ovulation. Methods A total of 33 women of childbearing age with normal menstrual cycle were enrolled in this study. Ovulation was monitored by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Combined with vaginal ultrasound, serum LH and progesterone levels, Results All 33 menstrual cycles had ovulation, which occurred at 14.38 ± 1.60 days and the average diameter of the largest follicles was 18.96 ± 2.17mm (16.3 ~ 24.0mm) 23.6 ± 4.3h. The positive predictive value of ovulation in urine LH positive 24h and 48h were 78.8% and 97% respectively. Conclusion Urinary LH enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is an effective method to predict ovulation accurately and economically. It can be used to treat infertility within 48 hours after it is positive.
