1988～1989年10月,我院应用WOLF-2137型液电发生器对18例尿道外口狭窄患者进行了治疗,收到满意效果,现报告如下。一般资料:本组均为男性,年龄12～57岁。病程17个月～28年。包茎致尿道外口狭窄7例,先天性尿道外口狭窄3例,外伤性尿道外口狭窄8例。行尿道外口狭窄切开术2次者5例,1次者8例,其余未行切开术。尿道外口直径1～2mm。反复感染者8例,有4例靠自制的扩张器(相当F_6导管的铜丝)定期扩张尿道外口维持排尿。术前准备:术前2日用1:1000新洁尔灭液浸泡尿道外口,口服抗生素。要求尿道外口无明显炎
From 1988 to 1989, 18 cases of urethral stenosis were treated with WOLF-2137 liquid generator in our hospital, and satisfactory results were received. The report is as follows. General information: This group are men, aged 12 to 57 years old. Course of 17 months to 28 years. Phimosis caused by urethral stenosis in 7 cases, congenital urethral stenosis in 3 cases, traumatic urethral stenosis in 8 cases. Line urethral stricture incision 2 times in 5 cases, 1 times in 8 cases, the rest did not underwent incision. Urethral orifice diameter of 1 ~ 2mm. 8 cases of repeated infections, 4 cases of home-made dilator (equivalent F_6 catheter copper wire) to regularly expand the external urinary urethra to maintain urination. Preoperative preparation: preoperative 2 days with 1: 1000 Brinell solution immersed urethral orifice, oral antibiotics. Requires urethral orifice no obvious inflammation
