为检测实验性大鼠结肠电的正常值,本研究以埋植电极观察37只SD雄性大鼠的结肠电。读图分析发现,禁食情况下大鼠近端、中段和远段结肠都频发0.08~0.42Hz(5~25cpm,即c/min)的振荡波(ECA),近端和中段结肠间断发生0.42~0.67Hz(25~40cpm)的收缩性复合肌电(CEC),而远段结肠的CEC则较频繁。大鼠结肠ECA的幅值较高,CEC的幅值较低。近端结肠的振荡波、远段结肠的CEC超过50%有峰电负载,中段结肠0.08~0.17Hz(5~10cpm)振荡波和0.42~0.5Hz(25~30cpm)的CEC超过50%有峰电负载。大鼠的结肠电及诱发的结肠运动是与其生理功能以及进食和排便习惯相适应的。
In order to detect the normal value of colonic electricity in experimental rats, the colorectal electricity of 37 SD male rats was observed with implant electrodes.
