一氧化氮(NO)不仅作为血管内皮依赖性舒张因子(EDRF)调节血管张力,在血管舒张起重要作用,而且是机体细胞间一种新型的信息分子,NO 与血压的调节,神经传导及宿主的防御能力都有着极其密切的关系。本文采用荧光分光光度法,测定正常妊娠的血浆 NO 含量,以探讨 NO在正常妊娠过程中的生理作用。1 材料和方法①标本收集:对照组15例未孕妇女,未服避孕药。无心、肝、肾脏及免疫病史,正常妊娠组30例,无产科并发症和内科合并症。晨6~8时空腹取肘前静脉血5ml,1h 内4℃2000rpm/min 离心10min,分离后血浆于-20℃
