本文在56套成人腰骶椎骨胳标本上,观测了腰椎间关节的立体方位和运动节段的稳定三角。腰椎间关节的方位自上而下,由近矢状位逐渐过渡为近冠状位;运动节段的稳定三角的重心,自上而下依次后移;从而使腰部脊柱的稳定性自上而下依次降低,而灵活性则逐渐增加。
