根据薄煤层综采的特点,给出了薄煤层掩护式液压支架的总体结构方案,建立了顶梁的三维实体模型并进行了模型简化、网格划分和边界条件的确定,分析了顶梁受两端集中载荷和受单侧载荷2种工况的受力情况,分别对这2种工况施加了边界条件和载荷,通过计算结果分析了顶梁的静态特性,指出了薄煤层掩护式液压支架顶梁设计中存在的问题,并给出了解决方案和措施。
