本实验动态观察了兔模型胆红素结石形成过程中不同β-葡萄糖醛酸酶活性大肠杆菌对胆红素结石形成的影响。结果提示不同亚株的大肠杆菌致胆红素结石形成的能力是与其具有的β-葡萄糖醛酸酶的活性相一致的.本文还讨论了胆红素结石形成过程中兔模型胆汁中细菌性β-葡萄糖醛酸酶逐渐升高的可能原因。
This experiment dynamically observed the impact of different β-glucuronidase activity of E. coli on the formation of bilirubin stones in the rabbit model of bilirubin formation. The results suggest that the ability of E. coli to cause bilirubin formation in different sub-strains is consistent with the activity of beta-glucuronidase that it has. This article also discusses the possible reasons for the gradual rise of bacterial β-glucuronidase in rabbit model bilirubin during bilirubin formation.
