在已研制的含稀土Al2O3/TiCN陶瓷刀具材料的基础上,采用SEM,TEM和能谱分析等方法探讨了Y的强韧化效应。稀土增强Al2O3/TiCN陶瓷刀具材料力学性能改善的原因在于,Y的添加能在一定程度上积聚杂质W,Fe和Cr等,从而起到清洁界面、提高界面结合强度的作用;此外,对固溶体相TiCN的质点强化作用也有一定的贡献。
On the basis of developed Al2O3 / TiCN ceramic tool materials with rare earths, the toughening effect of Y was studied by means of SEM, TEM and energy spectrum analysis. The reason for the improvement of the mechanical properties of the rare earth-reinforced Al2O3 / TiCN ceramic tool material is that the addition of Y can accumulate impurities such as W, Fe and Cr to a certain extent, thereby playing a role of cleaning the interface and improving the bonding strength of the interface. In addition, TiCN particle enhancement also has some contribution.
