一、工作室成立背景:近年来,教育发展的变革对教师专业化水平提出了越来越高的要求,许多原有的培养路径已经不能完全适应教师成长的需求,于是,“名师工作室”应运而生。它的出现是出于促进教师专业化的需要。在高级职称职务晋升和数量稀少的特级教师评选已不能满足和有效激励教师专业发展的情况下,教师的职业倦怠感已成为影响教师工作态度和工作绩效的重要因素。因此通过名师工作室的名师传帮带制度建设,名师可以在专业层面上更多地发挥传
