在对观测植物叶片的各种方法进行比较研究的基础上 ,探索出专用于水稻叶片气孔性状观测的“脱硅刮制法”。该方法通过对材料的固定、脱硅、刮制、染色和透明 ,最终做成可永久保存的封藏片。用该方法研究稻叶气孔性状 ,具有图像清晰 ,观测结果准确等优点 ,并可通过显微摄影直接在照片上观测气孔大小、密度及排列方式 ,使原本麻烦的稻叶气孔性状观测变得简单易行。
Based on the comparative study of various methods for observing plant leaves, we have explored the “desilvering scraping method”, which is devoted to the observation of stomatal properties of rice leaves. The method is based on the material fixed, desilication, scraping, dyeing and transparent, eventually made into a permanent preservation of the seal pieces. Using this method to study the stomatal properties of rice leaves, it has the advantages of clear images and accurate observation results. The stomata size, density and arrangement of stomata can be directly observed on the photos by photomicrography, so that the original troublesome stomata observation of rice leaf becomes simple Easy to do.
