目的探讨一体化管理模式对哮喘患儿的情绪障碍、自我意识及生活质量方面的改善效果,为临床治疗和管理儿童哮喘提供依据。方法选取40例哮喘患儿,实施一体化管理模式(医院-社区-家庭-学校),分别于干预前和干预后6个月对哮喘患儿进行情绪障碍、自我意识及生活质量方面的量表评价,比较哮喘患儿干预前后的效果。结果干预后的焦虑、抑郁、行为等情绪障碍评分均明显低于干预前(P<0.05);干预后的行为、智力与学校情况、躯体外貌与属性、焦虑、合群、幸福与满足等评分均明显高于干预前(P<0.05);干预后的躯体功能、情绪功能、角色功能、认知功能、社会功能等评分均明显高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论实施一体化管理,可明显改善患儿的情绪障碍,提高自我意识和生活质量,能够达到哮喘患儿管理和控制的目的,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of integrated management on the improvement of mood disorders, self-awareness and quality of life in children with asthma, and to provide the basis for clinical treatment and management of childhood asthma. Methods Forty asthmatic children were enrolled in the study. The integrated management model (hospital-community-family-school) was selected. The scales of mood disorders, self-awareness and quality of life of children with asthma before intervention and six months after intervention Evaluation, compare the effect of children with asthma before and after intervention. Results The scores of anxiety, depression and behavior after intervention were all significantly lower than those before intervention (P <0.05). After intervention, scores of behavior, intelligence and school, physical appearance and attributes, anxiety, cohesion, happiness and satisfaction (P <0.05). The scores of somatic, emotional, role, cognitive and social functions after intervention were significantly higher than those before intervention (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of integrated management can significantly improve children’s emotional disorders, improve self-awareness and quality of life, to achieve the purpose of management and control of children with asthma, it is worth promoting.
