研究了熔体温度对2024铝合金的显微结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明,升高熔体温度能显著降低合金的晶粒尺寸,改变晶体形态,提高显微硬度、抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率。当熔体温度为810℃时,熔体中晶粒主要是均匀的球状,其显微硬度、抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率均取得最大值,分别为118.3 HV、267 MPa、203 MPa、6.1%。
The effects of melt temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 2024 aluminum alloy were investigated. The results show that increasing the melt temperature can significantly reduce the alloy grain size, change the crystal morphology, increase the microhardness, tensile strength, yield strength and elongation. When the melt temperature is 810 ℃, the grains in the melt are mainly spherical and the maximum values of microhardness, tensile strength, yield strength and elongation are obtained, which are 118.3 HV, 267 MPa, 203 MPa, 6.1%.
