原注塑管全长50毫来,外径18毫米,内径10毫米,上部在φ18毫米处均布4—φ1.5毫米小孔,下部与曲轴箱连接螺纹为M 16×1.5毫来。工作时,过不了二班时间,大量机油从φ1.5毫米孔中泄光,如图1所示。改进后的泄气管采用(YB 231—70无缝钢管)φ19×1.5毫米的管子,全长为150毫米,管子内壁与含油气体长期接触,不会生锈。外部涂上与空压机表面一样的淡灰色漆。
