There are two types of volcanic rocks in the Ordos Basin: one is facies volcanic rocks in the basin; the other is marginal volcanic rocks in the margin (basin), and the marginal facies volcanic rocks include volcanic rocks in the Yinshan orogenic belt in the northern part of the basin, Of the gravity and aeromagnetic data to explain the basal faults in the Ordos Basin and its periphery and to compare the consistent interpretation of aeromagnetic interpretation and seismic interpretation faults in the eastern part of the basin and to establish the geologic age of fault development. The aeromagnetic anomaly shows that the basin There are two anomalous belts in the northern NE trending faults in the south, which are considered as volcanic lithologic basins formed before the Paleozoic. These NE-trending faults are the passageways of the early (Archean-Neoproterozoic) volcanic material upwelling and are also on both sides of the nucleus After the Cambrian, the interior of the basin was relatively stable, however, the Late Paleozoic and Mesozoic experienced multiple volcanic activities in the basin margin, along with the formation of near-north-north direction and near-east-west basement faults in the periphery of the basin, A large amount of volcanic material was generated and volcanic tuff from the periphery was found in the central part of the basin. Many volcanic materials were also found on the edge of the basin, Reservoir-cap configuration, is formed on the raised edge of the basin Indosinian - Yanshanian early and late Hercynian igneous traps is advantageous exploration targets, the inside of the basin volcanic Exploration in the future direction.
