本文探讨广泛应用于液压半自动车床、组合机床等液压机床上的刚性挡铁定位系统。试验研究了刚性挡铁的定位过程及其特点,发现残余压力对定位准确度的影响,并分析了影响定位准确度的各种因素,提出了提高定位准确度的措施。根据本文的研究成果,设计了一种高精度的液压—挡铁定位系统。它采用了间隙节流式液体静压活塞和加速定位等措施,使液压—刚性挡铁的定位准确度提高到一个新的水平。其定位准确度在±0.0005毫米(±0.5微米)之内。这对精密零件的加工具有一定的现实意义。
This article discusses the widely used in the hydraulic semi-automatic lathes, machine tools and other hydraulic rigid-iron positioning system. The positioning process and its characteristics of rigid block were studied and the influence of residual pressure on positioning accuracy was analyzed. Various factors affecting the positioning accuracy were analyzed, and the measures to improve the positioning accuracy were put forward. According to the research results of this article, a high-precision hydraulic-retaining iron positioning system is designed. It uses a gap throttling hydrostatic piston and accelerated positioning and other measures to make the hydraulic - rigid retaining iron positioning accuracy to a new level. Its positioning accuracy is within ± 0.0005 mm (± 0.5 μm). This precision machining of parts has a certain practical significance.
