建国以来,许多研究单位对东川汤丹矿的物质组成、浮选及湿法冶金等方面进行了大量的工作。从1957年开始,先后开始了加压氨浸的研究。1960年,东川矿务局中心试验所、北京有色冶金设计院与北京化工冶金研究所合作在东川首先建成一个日处理10吨矿石的中间工厂,于1964年完成了原矿及浮选尾矿的氨浸试验并取得成功。为了进一步提供可靠的设计依据并改进流程,随后又在该地建成一个日处理100吨矿石的试验厂,目前仍在继续工作中。本文叙述到1973年止用加压氨浸法处理汤丹矿的结果,并对其中的问题进行讨论。
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, many research institutes have done a great deal of work on the material composition, flotation and hydrometallurgy of the Dongchuan Tom Dan mine. From 1957 onwards, has started the study of pressurized ammonia leaching. In 1960, Dongchuan Mining Bureau Central Laboratory, Beijing Nonferrous Metallurgy Design Institute and Beijing Institute of Chemical Metallurgy in Dongchuan first to build an intermediate processing 10 tons of ore in the middle of the factory, completed in 1964, the original ore and flotation tailings Ammonia leaching test and achieved success. In order to further provide a reliable basis for design and process improvement, a pilot plant for processing 100 tonnes of ore per day was subsequently set up in the area and work is continuing. This article describes the results of the treatment of tandan ore by pressurized ammonia leaching until 1973, and discusses the problems therein.
