铌(V)同硝基磺酚M(NSM)在室温下形成水溶性络合物,此络合物在0.5~3NHCl介质中是稳定的。铌与NSM的摩尔比为2:3。络合物在630nm的表观摩尔吸光系数是8.3×10~4升.摩尔~(-1),厘米~(-1);表观稳定常数为5.0×10~(23)。Nb_2O_5在0~35微克/25毫升范围內遵守比尔定律。用EDTA掩蔽锆,盐酸羟胺—EDTA掩蔽钼和钒、曲酸—氮川三甲撑膦酸掩蔽钽、则光度测定铌的选择性能有所提高。
Niobium (V) nitrosulphol M (NSM) forms a water-soluble complex at room temperature and the complex is stable in 0.5-3 N HCI media. The molar ratio of niobium to NSM is 2: 3. The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex at 630nm was 8.3 × 10 ~ 4 liters, the molar ratio was -1, and the apparent stability constant was 5.0 × 10 ~ (23). Nb_2O_5 obeys Beer’s law in the range of 0-35 μg / 25 ml. The selectivity of niobium is improved by photometric determination of tantalum with EDTA masked zirconium, hydroxylamine hydrochloride-EDTA masked molybdenum and vanadium, and kojic acid-nitrilotrisphosphonic acid.
