目的优选芎汤醇提的最佳工艺条件。方法采用高效液相色谱指纹图谱技术,以阿魏酸含量、高效液相色谱指纹图谱特征峰总面积以及干浸膏得率为综合评判指标,通过L9(3)4正交实验设计,考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、回流时间和回流次数等因素对提取工艺的影响。结果醇提最佳工艺条件为加12倍量体积分数70%乙醇提取3次,每次1.5h。结论该醇提工艺合理可行,优于传统提取方法。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Xiong Zao Tang alcohol. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) fingerprinting was used to determine the content of ferulic acid, the total area of the characteristic peaks of the HPLC fingerprint and the yield of dry extract. The orthogonal design of L9 (3) 4 was used to investigate the effect of ethanol Concentration, the amount of ethanol, reflux time and reflux times and other factors on the extraction process. Results The optimum conditions for the extraction of alcohol were 12 times the volume fraction of 70% ethanol extracted three times, each time 1.5h. Conclusion The alcohol extraction process is reasonable and feasible, better than the traditional extraction methods.
